Bij verkoop van uw
marifoon aan een particulier dient u ervoor te zorgen dat de roepletters
(ATIS)
en het MMSI (DSC) nummer opnieuw geprogrammeerd worden. Indien de 'nieuwe'
eigenaar met het toestel zendt, zonder dat deze opnieuw geprogrammeerd is,
blijft u ten allen tijde verantwoordelijk en strafbaar.
